COURSE DESCRIPTION:
In this course, the participants learn how to enrich their teaching through the incorporation of CLT methods and task-based learning, and through the use of authentic materials. They discover new ways to tailor their teaching according to the needs of their students and with regard to current language teaching approaches. The participants are also introduced to a multidisciplinary approach to CLIL resources and aids for the preparation of materials and interactive content for non-native language learners, all while discovering the people and places that make up the history of Ireland.

1) Monday – Course introduction and Lerners Preferences
2) Tuesday – Communicative Language Teaching (CLT)
3) Wednesday – Incorporating materials
4) Thursday – Content Based Instruction (CBI) and Content Integrated Learning (CLIL) in your clasroom
5) Friday – Presentations and Peer Observations

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY - Excursion and other external cultural activities / Free Days

6) Monday – Getting to know CLIL
7) Tuesday – Museum excursion prep
8) Wednesday – Exploration into CLIL
9) Thursday – Irish writers and artists
10) Friday – Learning Approaches and course closure

INNE INFORMACJE:
- Kurs skierowany jest głównie do uczestników programu Erasmus+.
- W cenie kursu zawarte zazwyczaj dwie aktywności kulturalne, w tym wycieczka całodniowa w trakcie weekendu (zazwyczaj sobota).
- Certyfikat: Aby otrzymać certyfikat po kursie, wymagane jest minimum 80% obecności na zajęciach.
- Harmonogram i rozkład zajęć: To szkoła ustala plan zajęć. Zajęcia odbywają standardowo od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 9:00-14:00 lub 14:00-19:00.
- Program kursu: Powyżej przedstawiony przykładowy program zajęć jest orientacyjny i może różnić się w zależności od trenera, który będzie go przeprowadzał, jak również od sugestii i próśb uczestników co do treści, które chcieliby uwzględnić w trakcie kursu. Dokładny plan zajęć wraz z harmonogramem przesyłany jest do uczestników na około tydzień-dwa przed kursem. Mail wysyłany jest przez nauczyciela prowadzącego zajęcia.
